How do I find a list of rides?

1. On the right side of the home page there is a list of upcoming rides, click on the orange ride title for a quick popup of the ride details.

2. Click on the orange Ride Calendar button near the top of the page to see a complete list of rides.

How do I start/renew my membership of PCHRandos?

You must be a member of PCHRandos to ride any of our events. Membership costs $5 per year and entitles you to easily track your registrations and results on this website. Click on the orange Club button near the top of the page and select "Update/Renew Membership". This takes you to the Membership page where you can renew or start your membership.

Start membership

Note: Before you can join PCH Randos you must be a member of RUSA due to some insurance requirements that are hopefully temporary. You can take advantage of a first time member offer explained here.
Click on the New Membership link to become a member for the first time. If you have been a member in the past, please renew your membership instead.
Note, if you do not provide your RUSA ID, we cannot submit your results to RUSA. The email address is critical. Please double check it.
Complete the fields and click [Continue to Payment]
You will be redirected to the Paypal site. Complete payment here.

Renew/update membership

Any time after October 1st, your membership will renew for the upcoming year.
In the Membership page, enter your surname in the textbox and select your name from the list that pops up.
Click [Request Update/Renewal].
You will receive an email that contains a link that allows you to complete renewal/update. We use two-factor authentication for security.
Once you receive the email from ridestats (remember to check spam folder), click on the link. It is only valid for a limited time.
You will be taken to a page that allows you to update your membership details. There is also a [PayPal] button to renew membership for another year.

How do I register for a ride?

Once you are a current member and have found the ride you want to register for, click on the ride's [Register] button

The site may need you to enter your surname and select your membership id. If you are not in the list then you are not a current member, see above.
Verify the information displayed and correct as needed. Information that cannot be corrected on this page should be corrected using the update membership page described above.
Click [Next] and review the ride details.
Click [Next] and read the sample waiver. Check the checkbox at the bottom. You will need to sign a physical copy of this waiver, provided by the ride leader, at the start of the event.
Click [Next] and then click [PayPal] to complete payment and registration. This can be deferred but MUST be completed before ride registration closes (see ride listing for close date).

How to find which rides I am registered for.

Click on the orange [PCH on the Road] button near the top of the home page and select My Rides
You will see a list of rides for which you are registered together with their payment status. Don't forget to pay before registration closes.
You can unregister for a ride by clicking on the [Cancel] button for a ride.
You can reverse your cancellation by clicking on the [I'm still coming] button.
