You must be a PCH admin to perform any of the tasks below.

Creating a Member logon

  • Click the orange Club button near the top of the page and select Club Administration
  • Logon, if needed
  • In the left menu, click the house icon
  • Expand Membership and select Add a Member
  • Fill out the information you know - email is mandatory
  • For fields you don't know, enter some kind of place holder - the member will complete them later
  • Click [Save]

Make their membership free for the year

  • In the left menu, click the house icon
  • Expand Membership and select Member Management
  • Click [Search] and find the member
  • Set Payment Status to Complete and the amount to $0

Make the rider a ride leader

  • In the left menu, click the house icon
  • Expand General and select RideStats User Admin
  • Select the [Add a Member as a RideStats User] button
  • Enter the user's id or surname and select them from the list.
  • Click [Show]
  • Find the user, select RIDE_ENTRY and click on [Ride Master]
  • Click [Send Invitation] - this sends an email to the user with links to help them complete the process.

Alter the role of an existing RideStats user

  • In the left menu, click the house icon
  • Expand General and select RideStats User Admin
  • Select the [RideStats Logins] button
  • Click the [Display Logins] button
  • Find the user and make required changes
  • Click [Save]
