If you would enjoy a cruise with fellow randonneurs on the San Gabriel, Los Angeles and Santa Ana River Trails, come join us for the Yorba Linda 200k (aka the Orange 200k). It starts at the Extended Stay hotel in Yorba Linda- public parking is available.

The route makes extensive use of bike paths, making it safe, flat, and fast. With just 1900' of climbing and very few stop lights or signs, you'll be finished before you know it.  But you should still bring lights and reflective gear because we run out of daylight early in November.

We quickly get on the SART, ride down to Huntington Beach, and up the coast on the beach path or PCH to the San Gabriel bike path. We follow this inland to El Monte and return to Long Beach on the Rio Hondo and Los Angeles River bike paths. A good spot for lunch is Control #4 at the Chronic Tacos at the Belmont Pier.  Head on back along the coast until we reach the SART again and ride home, hopefully with a nice tailwind.

There is plenty of parking available at the start.

This is a minimally supported ride.  Riders are responsible for obtaining their own water and food on the course.  There is no SAG vehicle.
